Ariston Holding N.V. is seeking a Global WCM Manager to enhance operational competitiveness across its manufacturing sites in Italy. This role combines hands-on engagement on the shop floor with a strategic approach to drive Lean Manufacturing culture.
The successful candidate will identify operational bottlenecks, coach local teams, and implement continuous improvement methods, ensuring alignment with global operational excellence standards. Strong Lean Manufacturing and communication skills are essential for this position.

In your role as Global WCM Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational competitiveness across manufacturing sites by implementing a culture of continuous improvement. This role requires a dual approach: a strong hands‑on presence on the shop floor combined with the ability to coach and transform the plant culture toward Lean Manufacturing. Moving beyond theoretical frameworks, the role focuses on delivering tangible business results and achieving plant performance targets (Zero Waste, Zero Defects, Zero Breakdowns, Zero Accidents).
This role reports directly to the Global Senior Director WCX (World Class Excellence) and partners closely with Plant Managers and local operational teams to boost factory efficiency.
Primary Location: Italy (Fabriano area) is the preferred location for this position.
High flexibility and willingness to travel internationally at least 50% of the time are required to ensure hands‑on support, global standardization, and on‑site coaching across the group's manufacturing sites.

The compensation package will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and the scope of the role, applying objective and gender‑neutral criteria. As a reference, for such position we offer a salary ranging between 64.000 € and 94.000 €. You will also be part of the Ariston Group short‑term incentive program. This position is covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanici Industria.
