Ariston Group is seeking an Industrial Engineering Intern to contribute to production optimization at our Osimo plant, a World Class Manufacturing site recognized with the Silver Medal. You will work on defining and optimizing production cycles across automatic and manual lines, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Italian and English, with a proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to collaborate in a multinational environment.

Competenze

• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Pragmatic mindset with initiative and strong organizational skills.
• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Office; basic understanding of industrial processes.

Mansioni

• Collaborate on defining and optimizing production cycles in automatic and manual assembly lines.
• Analyze and improve production workflows; conduct time studies; support capacity planning and layout design.
• Help standardize best practices to spread the World Class Manufacturing culture.
