Ariston Group is seeking an Industrial Engineer to lead key production projects from concept to implementation and drive efficiency improvements on a dedicated production line. You will collaborate across functions to align with strategic objectives and timelines.

The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years of relevant experience in metalworking, a degree in mechanical engineering, and fluency in Italian and English to support cross‑border collaboration and continuous improvement activities.

Competenze

• Degree in mechanical engineering or similar.
• 5-7 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the metalworking sector.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Productivity analysis of production lines and identification of improvement opportunities.
• Participation in the implementation of investments aimed at creating new production islands and lines.
• Management of BOM, MES system and the manufacturing plant mold pool.
• Implementation of the manufacturing plant energy management system and decarbonization activities.
