MSC Technology Italy is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Management (SDM) Manager to join its Global Operations Center in Turin. The role ensures delivery, performance, availability, resilience, and continuous improvement of IT services and infrastructure, acting as the main link between business stakeholders, tech teams, vendors, and global IT functions.

This position favors candidates with a strong background in IT Service Management, Infrastructure & Cloud Operations, and

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Service Delivery Management and IT Operations.
• Strong background in enterprise infrastructure including systems, networks, and security.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, hybrid cloud, and cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Experience with ITSM, monitoring, and observability platforms (ServiceNow, Datadog, Power BI).

Mansioni

• Ensure delivery, performance, availability, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and services.
• Oversee Infrastructure & Cloud Operations across enterprise, hybrid cloud, and mission-critical environments.
• Manage Incident, Problem, Change, and Major Incident Management per ITIL practices.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, service performance, and drive remediation actions.
• Interface between business stakeholders, technical teams, security, vendors, and providers.
• Support evolution of Azure Foundation and hybrid cloud environments.
• Leverage ITSM, monitoring, and reporting platforms to drive governance.
• Contribute to Business Continuity, resilience, automation, and improvements.
