SoftwareOne in Assago, Italy, is seeking a Customer Success Delivery Manager to sustain an exceptional client experience. You will maintain regular contact with an assigned portfolio and collaborate with Sales Operations Specialists to support customer needs and ensure smooth operational processes across a diverse client base.

You will work with Account Managers, Finance, Back Office, and Procurement, driving timely escalations, developing cross-sell plans, and building industry knowledge

Competenze

• Experience supporting sales teams to grow customer relationships.
• Ability to manage time and priorities under tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Maintain regular contact with an assigned portfolio of customers.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations Specialists to support customer needs.
• Provide licensing support with cross-functional teams to address needs.
• Coordinate with Account Managers, Finance, Back Office and Procurement for end-to-end processes.
• Drive timely resolution of escalations with customers and internal teams.
• Develop knowledge of industry trends through training and publisher collaboration.
