Tata Consultancy Services in Turin seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead IT projects and drive delivery across the AMS and utility domains. You will work with senior stakeholders to steer initiatives from initiation to delivery, ensuring high-quality service and expanding value within the client ecosystem.

With 10+ years in AMS delivery and 5+ years in the utility sector, you will coordinate offshore teams, manage subcontractors, and support transitions and governance.

Competenze

• 10+ years AMS delivery experience.
• 5+ years utility sector experience.
• Experience managing offshore delivery teams.
• Experience managing European utility customers.

Mansioni

• Lead client governance, service reviews, and KPI reporting to ensure service excellence.
• Own end-to-end AMS service delivery, including SLA governance and risk management.
• Coordinate offshore teams and manage subcontractors in line with contracts and governance.
• Support demand forecasting, capacity planning, and capacity tracking to inform commercial decisions.
