Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• At least 2 years of HR experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist full recruitment process and interview scheduling.
• Support onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records.
• Prepare employment contracts and HR documents.
• Track attendance, leave, and payroll-related data.
• Organize training sessions and employee engagement programs.
• Handle daily HR inquiries and maintain employee relations.
• Support office administration and facilities management.
