Job summary

Analytical with comfort working with data.

Responsibilities

Support Talent Management initiatives including reviews and succession planning.
Help design and track Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
Contribute to talent and leadership development programs.
Analyze HR and talent data to generate insights and reports.
Coordinate and deliver training and learning initiatives.
Support employees and managers in identifying learning opportunities and career paths.
Collaborate on HR projects focused on development, engagement, and organizational growth.
