Job summary

Hager in Milano seeks a Payroll & Lifecycle Specialist for a permanent contract based in Milano. You will independently support dedicated HR partners, handling Employee Life Cycle Administration with a focus on payroll accuracy and timely processing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of payroll experience and a relevant degree.
• Knowledge of labor law; industrial sector experience a plus.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization and digitalization experience.
• Strong communication skills and fluent English language skills (French would be a plus).
• Ability to lead, manage and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Collect, monitor, and enter data to enable accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Provide first-line support for HRBPs, managers, and employees.
• Manage relationships and act as the central point of contact With our third-party Payroll provider building strategic partnerships With vendor.
• Generate payroll reports, analyze payroll data, and support decision‑making processes.
• Use digital HR tools to manage administrative task, communicate and provide up-to-date HR information using digital tools
