Job summary

Hager in Milano seeks a Payroll & Lifecycle Specialist for a permanent contract based in Milano. You will independently support dedicated HR partners, handling Employee Life Cycle Administration with a focus on payroll accuracy and timely processing.

As a Payroll & Lifecycle Specialist you will be based in Milano for a permanent contract.

The position holder independently supports dedicated HR partners in the areas of Employee Life Cyde Administration, with the objective of ensuring a high-quality, broad and diversified level of service for HRBPs, managers and employees.

Your Mission

Your Profile

• Minimum 5 years of payroll experience and a relevant degree
• Knowledge of labor law and experience in the industrial sector is a plus.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization and experience with digitalization.
• Strong communication skills and fluent English language skills (French would be a plus).
• Ability to lead, manage and develop a team.

Our success relies on collective energy.

• Salary range (RAL): €55,000 – €65,000. The final offer depend on the level of competency.
• Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL): Commerce Sector
