Tenova in Castellanza, Italy, is seeking a fresh graduate for a six-month HR internship in Talent Acquisition and HR operations. You will support HR processes (recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management), prepare reports, assist the HR Business Partner, and help coordinate interviews with stakeholders.

Fluent English is mandatory, Excel/PowerPoint skills are required, and you will receive a monthly gross reimbursement of €800, plus an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics, Law, Humanities or related fields.
• Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• International exchange experiences (e.g., Erasmus) are a plus.
• Discretion, integrity and a professional approach to sensitive information.

Mansioni

• Support key HR processes (recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management) and prepare reports.
• Assist HRBP with people lifecycle management and documentation.
• Support Talent Acquisition: drafting job descriptions, posting ads, screening CVs, coordinating interviews.
• Support training: collect needs, maintain monitoring files, follow up on initiatives.
• Develop professional relationships with Heads of Functions and internal stakeholders.
