Haier Europe is offering an HR Administration & Payroll Intern position in Milan, Lombardy, Italy. The role provides a 360° overview of HR processes within a dynamic, agile environment.

You will manage onboarding, documentation verification, attendance tracking, and HR administration to ensure accurate data handling and timely support to managers and staff. The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma in Administration, Finance, and Marketing, is proficient in English and Italian, and can

Competenze

• High school diploma in Administration, Finance, and Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Proficiency in both English and Italian.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Mansioni

• Support end-to-end onboarding for new employees and interns, from documentation to onboarding activities.
• Assist in preparation and verification of employment documentation for hiring.
• Support time and attendance management using HR systems.
• Provide operational HR administration, maintain employee records and documentation.
• Assist in communications with employees, managers, and stakeholders on HR matters.
• Maintain and update HR databases and HRIS ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
