Baker Hughes invites students and recent graduates to join our Internship Program, designed to deliver hands-on experience across engineering, technology and business functions. You will work on real projects, with coaching and mentoring to help you learn and grow in a global energy company.

You will gain exposure to HS&E culture, cross-functional operations, and digital tools like Python, Power BI and Power Automate, while contributing to process improvements and data-driven decisions.

Competenze

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, other STEM-related or business-related programs.
• Basic understanding of Power BI principles.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Authorized to work in the country without company sponsorship.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with international teams and engage with diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Gain exposure to business processes and how functions operate within the company.
• Support cross-functional teams to develop a 360° view of the business.
• Measure and analyze key metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in operations management by maintaining updated documentation of processes and assets.
• Learn technical aspects of machinery and identify replacement needs.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by monitoring revisions and managing workflows.
• Participate in digital innovation projects using Python, Power BI and Power Automate.
• Provide support to other teams to ensure smooth collaboration.
