Baker Hughes invites students and recent graduates to join our global Internship Program, designed to build hands-on experience in engineering, technology, and business disciplines. You will be mentored by a buddy and manager, gain exposure to HS&E practices, and contribute to real projects that drive customer outcomes.

As an intern, you will work with engineers on software development, data analysis, and prototype design while learning our processes and technology.

Competenze

Be currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, STEM, or related business field.
Maintain a GPA of 3.0/4.0 or its country equivalent.
Fluent in oral and written English; strong communication skills.

Mansioni

Complete internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements.
Learn internal software to assist with project tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and interns to interact with global leaders.
Apply HS&E standards to ensure compliance in all situations.
Assist engineers or technologists with ongoing projects through research and data analysis.
Participate in design processes, creating drawings or prototypes for new products or technologies.
Keep accurate records of experiments and project documentation; prepare reports as needed.
Collaborate in software development, coding, or programming tasks with engineers.
