Baker Hughes offers an Internship Program designed for students pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or recent graduates to gain hands-on work experience and learn the processes, systems, and practices aligned to customer needs and flawless execution.

You will be supported by a buddy and manager, with coaching and mentoring to build learning and skills, and exposure to health, safety, environment culture, and our inclusion values.

Competenze

• Must be enrolled or recently graduated with a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent required.
• Fluent in English with strong written and spoken communication.

Mansioni

• Completing internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements.
• Learning internal software to assist with projects and tasks.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and interns to interact and network with global business leaders.
• Applying HS&E standards and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Supporting internal and external communications.
• Crafting engaging content and enabling a consistent narrative around our digital initiatives.
