Baker Hughes invites students and recent graduates to join its 6-month Internship Program. The Product Management and Program Management tracks offer hands-on exposure to lifecycle management, data-driven decisions, and cross-functional collaboration within an industrial technology environment.

As an Intern, you will support product and program activities, gain mentorship from leaders, and develop skills in analysis, communication, and project coordination.

Competenze

• Currently enrolled in a related Bachelor's or Master's degree program.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Availability to work during the internship per local guidelines.

Mansioni

• Assist in gathering customer feedback, market information, and competitive insights.
• Support development of product requirements, value propositions, and business case inputs.
• Help prepare product roadmaps, market assessments, and analyses.
• Track project milestones and maintain program dashboards and risk logs.
• Analyze data to support decisions and track key product and program metrics.
• Prepare reviews, presentations, and updates for leadership.
