Baker Hughes offers an internship program designed for students pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, or recent graduates, to gain hands-on experience in engineering, technology, or STEM fields. You will work on projects, learn internal software, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer outcomes.

You will be supported by a buddy and manager, with coaching to develop your learning, while gaining exposure to HS&E practices and the company culture.

Competenze

• Student or recent graduate in engineering, technology, or STEM-related (or business) programs.
• GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent required.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Eligible to work in the country without sponsorship.
• Enrolled or recently graduated to participate in internship program.

Mansioni

• Complete internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify improvements.
• Learn internal software to assist with projects and tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and interns to network with global leaders.
• Apply HS&E standards and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Assist engineers or technologists with ongoing projects via research and data analysis.
• Participate in design processes, create drawings or prototypes, develop new products/technologies.
• Keep records of experiments, designs, and project information and prepare reports.
