Interns will engage in software tasks, engineering research, and cross‑functional collaboration while absorbing Baker Hughes HS&E culture and inclusive values. Opportunities to contribute to new product development are available.

Competenze

• Enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, STEM or related field.
• GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent required.
• Fluent in oral and written English; strong communication skills.

• Complete internal projects to deliver outcomes and identify improvements.
• Learn internal software to assist with projects and tasks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and interns to network with global leaders.
• Apply HS&E standards to ensure compliance.
• Assist engineers or technologists with ongoing projects through research and data analysis.
• Contribute to design processes, drawings, and prototypes for new products or technologies.
• Keep accurate records and prepare reports as needed.
