Baker Hughes invites students and recent graduates to join its Internship Program in Italy. You will gain hands-on experience across engineering governance, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives, while collaborating with international teams and mentors to deliver value.

The program emphasizes coaching, learning, and exposure to HS&E culture, with opportunities to influence engineering metrics and supplier performance.

Competenze

• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Engineering, Management Engineering, Computer Science or related STEM.
• GPA >= 3.0/4.0 or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of Power BI, Power Automate, and data analytics.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Legally entitled to work in the country without sponsorship.

You’ll participate in focused training, and team meetings, work on projects, and present your results. During your internship, you will be supported by a buddy and your manager who will ensure you have a valuable learning experience. As an Intern, you will be responsible for:

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Engineering, Management Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM discipline.


• Have maintained a GPA greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0, or the equivalent in your country.


• Have a basic understanding of Power BI, Power Automate, and data analytics principles.


• Be fluent in oral and written English and have effective communication skills.


• Be legally entitled to work in the country where you are applying, without company sponsorship or time restrictions.

The fixed allowance for this position will be between this range: 600 - 1000 € gross monthly.

The allowance will be established in accordance with criteria related to the candidate's academic status and their distance from the workplace.
