Baker Hughes is offering an Internship Program designed to give students hands-on experience in mechanical and industrial engineering within the energy sector. You will work on projects that combine process analysis, AI tools, and Microsoft 365 for digital transformation.
The role emphasizes learning, mentorship, and collaboration with cross-functional teams on shop floor validation and manufacturing improvements. This is a unique chance to gain practical exposure in a global energy company.
Competenze
- Be currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelor's or Master's level degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Experience or interest in energy-sector manufacturing, machining, fabrication processes, and using digital tools to improve operational efficiency would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools within the Microsoft 365 environment is a plus.

- Assist in analyzing processes and identifying improvement opportunities within manufacturing.
- Develop AI-enabled tools and validate them on the shop floor with operations feedback.
- Support digital transformation and process optimization projects across office and shop floor.
