Baker Hughes offers an internship designed for students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience across engineering projects. Interns receive coaching, mentoring, and exposure to HS&E culture while contributing to cross‑functional teams on real customer outcomes.

You will work with internal software, participate in project delivery, and have access to a buddy and manager who support learning and professional growth within a global energy technology

Competenze

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• GPA threshold is mentioned (≥3.0 on a 4.0 scale) or equivalent where applicable.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and strong communication skills.
