Baker Hughes invites students and recent graduates to join our Internship Program in Italy. You will gain hands-on experience across finance and business tasks, learning processes and systems aligned with customer outcomes and cutting-edge technology.

You will work with a buddy and manager, receive coaching, and contribute to internal projects while building cross‑functional collaboration and understanding of HS&E standards.

Competenze

• Be currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Economics, Business or related program.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale is preferred.
• Must be legally allowed to work in Italy without company sponsorship.

Mansioni

• Complete internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements.
• Learn internal software to assist with projects and tasks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and interns to interact with global business leaders.
• Apply Health, Safety, and Environment standards to ensure compliance.
• Analyze orders, sales trends, and performance metrics to support decisions.
• Support forecasting processes, including data analysis and variance tracking.
