Schneider Electric is seeking an engineering professional to provide expert technical support for Cooling Products (Precision Air Conditioners and Chillers) to Field Service Representatives and Certified Service Partners worldwide. The role includes on-site and remote guidance, collaboration with R&D and Quality teams, and occasional travel to Europe, Africa, and beyond.

Competenze

• Master’s Degree in Engineering preferably in thermodynamic or energetic field.
• Fluent English (oral and written).
• Good thermodynamic knowledge.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability to travel around Europe, and occasionally to Africa or WW.
• Team-work capabilities.
• Capability to self-assess & follow-up your own performance.
• Flexibility and ability to learn fast.
• Problem solving skills and predisposition to explain high level technical information.
• Continuous Improvement mindset.

Mansioni

• Provide technical support on Cooling Products to SE Field Services Representatives and CSPs.
• Participate in validation tests on Cooling Products at customer sites.
• Contribute to creation of technical bulletins describing problem solving.
• Contribute to product quality improvements through collaboration with Cooling LOB and CS&Q.
• Help improve procedures for development of FSR Service Tools.
• Support FAT, design reviews and End-of-line tests to meet customer expectations.
• Visit customers in Europe/Africa to discuss unresolved technical issues.
• Develop technical on-site intervention reports.
