Job summary

Schneider Electric in Italy seeks an expert in cooling technologies for data centers. The role requires deep knowledge of 800V DC, data center power architectures, BMS and digital platforms, with experience in cross-functional collaboration and innovation management.

You will drive and mentor on Digital & Power topics, align roadmaps, and develop new challenges for cooling solutions in data center environments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering and relevant technical field.
• 5 years of experience in multinational companies in Data Center markets.
• Experience in Innovation, R&D or validation/testing is required; data center cooling is a plus.
• Proven experience in one or more vertical domains: Power, Digital, etc.

Responsibilities

• Stay updated on state-of-the-art in vertical domains (Digital/Power) for cooling.
• Provide expert support and guidance across cooling architectures for data centers.
• Collaborate across teams to align roadmaps and develop innovation challenges.
• Lead some innovation projects in Digital & Power domains and mentor others.
• Create educational content on Digital & Power for cooling in data center applications.
• Translate approved ideas into actionable innovation initiatives.
