Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks an Innovation Expert to join a global team focused on Power and Digital domains for data center cooling. You will define technology roadmaps, lead innovation challenges, and collaborate across teams to translate ideas into actionable projects.

Required are a engineering degree and at least five years in multinational Data Center environments, with strong knowledge of BMS, controls, and software concepts. Competitive Total Rewards apply.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, Control, Aerospace, Automation, Energy or Software.
• 5 years of experience in multinational companies active in Data Center market (Innovation, R&D, Laboratory).
• Data Center Cooling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive technology roadmaps in Digital & Power for cooling in data centers.
• Lead innovation challenges and projects in Digital & Power domains.
• Collaborate with other teams to align roadmaps and share knowledge.
• Prepare educational content on Digital & Power for Cooling in data center applications.
• Align with Control Platform Strategy Team with updates.
