Schneider Electric Regional Cooling Service Representative delivers on-site commissioning, diagnostics, and maintenance for Schneider Electric cooling solutions. You’ll tackle complex projects, perform root-cause analyses, and collaborate with peers and partners to ensure optimal system performance.

The role combines field service with customer training and documentation, aligning with our emphasis on safety, technical excellence, and customer value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in commissioning or field service repair with HVAC or cooling equipment.
• Experience with cooling equipment & solutions (air, air- or water-cooled chillers).
• Experience with precision cooling is advantageous.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform startup and commissioning across Schneider Electric cooling product range.
• Evaluate installation quality and hydraulic/operational conditions.
• Adjust on-site to optimize running performance.
• Identify root causes across quality, software, and operation factors.
• Collaborate with service engineers and partners during site interventions.
• Document and route defective parts for disposal/repair.
• Train customers on basic equipment operations.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for cooling systems.
