Schneider Electric is seeking a seasoned leader to accelerate profitable growth of Cooling Services across international regions, with emphasis on data centers and mission-critical environments.

The role drives 100% Cooling Service Adoption, expands lifecycle service penetration, and ensures consistent go-to-market execution across IG, C&SP, Neo-Cloud and OEM customers. Strong commercial, technical, and executive stakeholder mgmt are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B service sales/business development in cooling, HVAC, or data center infrastructure (with important mechanical experience).
• Proven track record in service led growth, contracts, aftermarket, modernization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Orders, Sales, and Gross Margin targets for INT region.
• Build and deploy the Cooling Service Playbook by country/zone.
• Achieve 100% Cooling Service Adoption on Greenfield projects; expand installed base penetration.
• Improve service attach on greenfield cooling projects with varied customer models.
• Implement and deploy Cooling Service GTM across Sales, Service, and Channel teams.
• Support pricing discipline and value-based positioning; share best practices across countries.
• Lead multi-country key accounts with strong governance and value storytelling.
• Enable lifecycle services including new offers and modernization programs.
• Drive pipeline accuracy and quote-to-order excellence with Tendering, Operations, and Finance.
• Collaborate with customer operations to ensure SLA performance and customer satisfaction.
