Cultural Care Au Pair in Milan is seeking a Customer Success Intern to join our team and support recruitment and customer success activities. The role is a full-time 40-hour week internship based in our Milan office, with a monthly stipend of 500€.

You will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment and contribute to helping au pairs and host families have a meaningful experience in the USA.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Au Pair Recruitment and Customer Success Teams.
• Speak with customers on the phone to assist in selecting a host family.
• Review documents to ensure compliance with US State Department regulations.
• Assist in matching au pairs with host families and meet deadlines.
• Engage with au pairs to maintain a positive experience and clear communication.
