Venchi is seeking a passionate and proactive Customer Care Intern to join our HQ-based team in Milan. This 3- or 6-month internship supports post-sales operations across eCommerce, Retail, and Wholesale, delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships.

You will work with cross-functional teams, assist with CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), and participate in AI-driven care initiatives while gaining hands-on exposure in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or languages.
• Fluent in English and French; German is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Handle customer inquiries across EMEA channels and resolve requests promptly.
• Maintain Venchi's tone of voice and customer-centric approach.
• Support CRM ticketing platform management (Microsoft Dynamics).
• Contribute to AI-driven improvements in customer care processes.
• Prepare monthly customer care reports and insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for a seamless customer journey.
