Pillar Srl is hiring a Customer Success Intern for the Italian Market in Milan or Barcelona. You will join the Customer Success team to handle onboarding, engagement, and portfolio management for Italian customers, with real customers from day one.

No years of experience required; a curious, proactive attitude and comfort with talking to people are valued. You will work closely with Product and CS to ensure customer success and learn quickly in a startup environment.

Formación

• No prior years of experience required; attitude matters more than tenure.
• Curiosity and ability to ask good questions are valued.
• Enjoy solving problems and helping customers.
• Comfortable with numbers and dashboards helps track success.

Responsabilidades

• Help new customers get started with Pillar.
• Monitor customer activity and spot when something is not working.
• Proactively contact customers who are becoming less active.
• Understand why they are stuck and help them get back on track.
• Support customers throughout their journey with Pillar.
• Collect feedback and bring insights back to the team.
• Work closely with Customer Success and Product.
