Job summary

Cultural Care Au Pair is seeking a Customer Success Intern in Milan to help grow our international exchange program. This full-time 40-hour/week internship lasts 3 months and pays 500€ per month, offering hands-on exposure to recruitment and customer success tasks.

You will engage with au pairs and host families, review documents for compliance, and collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure a smooth onboarding and departure process.

Responsibilities

• Support Au Pair Recruitment and Customer Success Teams in preparing au pairs for departure.
• Speak with customers on the phone to help au pairs select their host family.
• Review submitted customer documents to ensure compliance with US State Department regulations.
• Help the team reach goals of matching au pairs with host families and meeting deadlines.
• Use customer service skills to handle sensitive conversations with au pairs.
