Job summary

Deel is seeking a GTM Enablement Manager to design and deliver training that helps customers derive real value from our payroll and HR platform. You will run live workshops, build sessions for strategic accounts, and support certification and self-serve learning offerings, with some travel to customer sites.

You will collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure content stays current with product releases and market needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer education, training, enablement, or similar role.
• Experience facilitating live training for external audiences.
• Experience designing custom training sessions or programs based on audience needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver live workshops, webinars, and sessions for customers at all levels, including on-site travel.
• Build tailored training programs for strategic accounts and new product launches.
• Create facilitator guides, slide decks, exercises, demos, and job aids.
• Develop self-paced courses and learning paths from live content.
• Support customer certification tracks and exams.
• Drive training registrations and promote offerings in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Support, and Marketing to align content with product releases.
