Job summary

Deel is seeking an Implementation Consultant to onboard and enable clients to integrate Deel’s payroll and compliance platform into their operations. You will work with clients to understand needs, configure the platform, and guide them through the implementation process, combining technical expertise with a strong customer focus.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure seamless handoff and successful delivery, manage multiple projects, provide training,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in implementation consulting or project management.
• Proven ability to guide clients through software deployments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience configuring SaaS platforms and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding and implementation projects, ensuring a smooth transition to Deel’s platform.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and configure Deel’s solutions to meet their needs.
• Provide product expertise and guidance to clients during the implementation phase, including platform setup, integrations, and testing.
• Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a seamless handoff from sales to implementation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation to track progress and ensure successful delivery.
• Provide training and support to clients on using Deel’s platform effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance implementation efficiency.
• Ensure client feedback is captured and communicated to internal teams for product improvements.
• Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
