Deel is the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. The Product Operations Manager connects product and user-facing teams to deliver more value, faster. You will build strong ties with support, sales and success teams, maintain a tight feedback loop, and engage top users to maximize product impact.

You will drive cross-functional projects, prioritize challenges for product and engineering, and own the global rollouts while solving complex operational problems with scalable processes.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in product operations, product management, or related role with close collaboration with product and engineering.
• Strong passion for user experience and ability to understand complex products and use cases.
• Experience analyzing data and user feedback to drive product improvements.
• Ability to translate user problems into practical solutions.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Hands-on with product processes and problem-solving mindset.
• Basic technical knowledge of software development; payment systems a plus.
• Strong SQL and presentation skills.
