Deel is seeking a seasoned Lifecycle Marketing Lead to design and execute multi-channel campaigns across the customer journey, partnering with Product, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing to improve engagement, adoption and revenue.

You will identify key lifecycle moments, run tests, analyze results and optimize ROI across channels such as email and in-app messaging, while aligning with a fast-paced, global team.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of lifecycle or growth marketing experience in B2B SaaS or technology.
• Proven cross-sell and upsell campaigns with measurable revenue impact.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from data.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, especially HubSpot and Braze.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across remote teams.
• Experience managing large cross-functional projects across cultures and time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Design and run multi-channel campaigns to drive product adoption, cross-sell, upsell, expansion, and retention
• Identify lifecycle moments to introduce products and influence customer behavior using segmentation and personalization
• Monitor campaign performance and lifecycle KPIs, and report on ROI to guide strategy
• Provide actionable insights to improve conversions and campaign effectiveness
• Conduct A/B tests and multivariate experiments across email, in-app messaging, and other channels
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align on strategy and product launches across the lifecycle
