Job summary

Deel is seeking a senior Lifecycle Marketing lead to design and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive product adoption, expansion, and revenue across the customer journey. You will partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to tailor personalized touchpoints and measure ROI to optimize retention.

You will identify lifecycle moments, leverage segmentation, and run A/B tests across channels, collaborating across cultures and time zones in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of lifecycle or growth marketing experience in B2B SaaS or technology
• Proven track record of cross-sell and upsell campaigns with measurable revenue impact
• Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from data
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, especially HubSpot and Braze
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across remote teams
• Experience managing large cross-functional projects across cultures and time zones
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced, global environment
• Growth mindset and comfort with ambiguity

Responsibilities

• Design and run multi-channel campaigns to drive product adoption, cross-sell, upsell, expansion, and retention
• Identify lifecycle moments to introduce products and influence customer behavior using segmentation and personalization
• Monitor campaign performance and lifecycle KPIs, and report on ROI to guide strategy
• Provide actionable insights to improve conversions and campaign effectiveness
• Conduct A/B tests and multivariate experiments across email, in-app messaging, and other channels
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align on strategy and product launches across the lifecycle
