Experteer Italy is seeking a Manager / Team Leader to design, deploy, and govern a global, scalable commercial capability framework across regions. You will collaborate with regional leaders and BUs to align training priorities and drive capability development, establishing governance and measuring impact in a remote Italy-based setup focused on life sciences and patient care.

You will lead blended learning solutions, build a global training strategy, and partner with DBS teams to ensure content

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Training & Development, Commercial Management, or comparable experience
• 7+ years in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, or Training roles
• Proven ability to design and manage global programs and projects
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and influencing skills
• Strong MS Office skills, especially MS Excel, and familiarity with LLM-based tools (e.g., M365 Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude)
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of time
• Experience with Learning Management Systems is a plus (Cornerstone, Workday Learning)

• Build and govern a global sales competency framework defining capabilities and development plans
• Partner with Regional Commercial Leaders, BUs, and DBS teams to align training priorities and ensure content relevance

• Measure training impact, analyze gaps, and provide actionable insights to leadership
