Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a seasoned Commercial Training & Competency Program Manager to design and govern a global training framework for commercial teams. You will partner with regional leaders to align priorities and drive a scalable learning ecosystem, enabling high-performance performance across regions.

The role is fully remote in Italy and offers a bonus opportunity based on typical company schemes.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Training & Development, Commercial Management, or comparable experience.
• 7+ years in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, or Training roles.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage global programs and projects.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.

Mansioni

• Design, deploy, and govern a global commercial training framework.
• Build and govern a global sales competency framework across regions.
• Partner with Regional Leaders, BUs, and DBS teams to align priorities and content.
• Establish governance and operational excellence for training platforms and processes.
• Measure impact and drive improvements in commercial capabilities.
