BSI Group is seeking an experienced sales leader to drive growth in the Italian territory for certification and training services. You will manage key accounts, pursue new business, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to close opportunities.

You will engage with C-suite stakeholders, monitor market trends, and tailor solutions to client needs, contributing to a global standards and training portfolio.

Competenze

• 7–15 years of B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record in new business development and account management.
• Experience engaging with senior decision-makers (C-suite).
• Native Italian speaker with strong English communication.
• Degree-level education or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
