BSI Group in Italy (Cagliari, Sardegna) seeks a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive sales and revenue across a territory. You will manage key accounts, pursue new business, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to close opportunities, shaping a global standards and training portfolio.

Expect to engage with senior decision-makers and maintain CRM records while achieving targets in Certification and Training offerings.

Competenze

• 7 to 15 years of B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record in new business development and account management.
• Experience engaging with senior decision-makers (C-suite).
• Degree-level education or equivalent.
• Native Italian speaker with good command of English.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret financial and sales data.
• Background in TIC, certification, consulting, or training services is a plus.

Mansioni

• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
• Grow and retain existing accounts with high customer satisfaction
• Achieve sales targets for Certification and Training offerings
• Build and manage relationships with key clients, including C-level stakeholders
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and client needs
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
• Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) and reporting
• Support and execute strategic sales initiatives across the territory
• Drive sales and revenue growth in your assigned territory, managing key accounts
