BSI Group in Italy's Piemonte region is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales and revenue growth across the Cuneo territory. You will manage key accounts, pursue new business for certification and training services, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape client-centric growth.

The role involves engaging with senior decision-makers, meeting targets, maintaining CRM records, and staying ahead of market trends.

Competenze

7 to 15 years of B2B sales experience.
Experience engaging with senior decision-makers (C-suite).
Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage complex sales cycles.
Native Italian speaker with good command of English.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret financial and sales data.

Mansioni

Build and manage relationships with key clients, including C-level stakeholders.
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
Grow and retain existing accounts with high customer satisfaction.
Achieve sales targets for Certification and Training offerings.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) and reporting.
Support and execute strategic sales initiatives across the territory.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and client needs.
