Safilo Group, a leading premium eyewear company based in Padova, seeks a dynamic HR Business Partner fluent in German to support the DACH region. You will partner with managers on workforce planning, lifecycle management, and HR initiatives within an international, matrix organization.

The role combines hybrid work from the Padova HQ with periodic travel to Cologne and collaboration with global HR teams. English fluency is mandatory and German language is highly preferable.

Competenze

• 2–4 years of HR experience in international, matrix organizations.
• Experience partnering with managers on people-related matters and HR processes.
• Knowledge of labor legislation and HR compliance.
• Fluent English is mandatory; German language is highly preferable.

Mansioni

• Act as the HR partner for assigned business areas and advise managers on workforce planning and change.
• Manage full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, succession, compensation, offboarding.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and HR policies.
• Drive annual HR processes and people initiatives.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide insights for decisions.
• Collaborate with HR Operations and Centers of Excellence to deliver services.
• Travel periodically to Cologne, Germany to support stakeholders.
