Safilo, a global leader in premium eyewear, seeks a German-speaking HR Business Partner for Padova HQ to cover the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). The role partners with managers on workforce planning, talent management and employee development, managing the full lifecycle and compliance across international teams.

Ideal candidates have 2-4 years in HR, strong analytics, fluency in English, and German at B1-B2.

Competenze

• 2-4 years of HR experience in international/matrix organizations.
• Experience as HR Business Partner, HR Generalist or Talent Acquisition roles.
• Strong partner to managers on workforce planning, employee relations and talent management.
• Solid knowledge of HR processes, labor legislation and HR compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Mansioni

• Act as trusted HR partner for assigned business areas, advising on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent management and change.
• Manage full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, succession planning and offboarding.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, HR policies and labor law compliance.
• Lead and support annual HR processes and key people initiatives.
• Monitor HR metrics and workforce data to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate on HR projects focusing on organizational development and change management.
• Travel to Safilo's Cologne office to support stakeholders.
