LINK Mobility is seeking an Interim Regional HR Business Partner for Central Europe, covering Germany, Austria, Poland, and more, including Italy. The role oversees HR delivery across ten countries, coordinating with the COO Central Europe and Group CHRO.

You will lead a seven-strong HR team, drive HRIS implementation, job architecture and performance management, and ensure local employee relations and compliance while supporting regional transformation.

Competenze

• Senior HRBP/HR Manager or similar with regional remit.
• Experience in international, matrixed organizations.
• Fluent in English and Italian; strong stakeholder management.

Mansioni

• Act as trusted HR partner to COO Central Europe and regional leadership.
• Lead, support and develop regional HR team across multiple markets.
• Coordinate with Local HR on employee relations and compliance matters.
• Drive compliant, consistent HR delivery with Local HR across regions.
• Translate Group HR priorities into regional implementation plans.
• Support leadership development and manager capability building.
• Contribute to Group HR projects including HRIS, job architecture and performance management.
• Provide strong regional input into HR development and local implementation.
