MEININGER Hotels is seeking an HR Operations Partner (f/m/d) to manage payroll, benefits, HR administration, and policies within Italy. You will support the HR Regional Manager, maintain HRIS data, and guide employment contracts to ensure compliance with Italian law and MEININGER guidelines.

The role requires 1–2 years HR experience, a related degree, and fluency in English and Italian. Remote work is possible within Italy, with hybrid arrangements across MEININGER locations.

Competenze

• 1-2 years HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree (or relevant qualification) in HR-related studies.
• Solid knowledge of international employment practices and employee relations.

Mansioni

• Carry out full range of HR processes from hiring to exit per Italian labor law and MEININGER policies.
• Process monthly payroll across hotels in the region with HR Regional Manager liaising.
• Draft employment contracts ensuring compliance and data accuracy of HR data.
• Maintain HRIS and employee data for assigned units.
• Identify trends in turnover and sickness, address issues with HR Regional Manager.
• Produce HR data and management information on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Oversee visa application processes and liaise with local administration for compliance.
