Safilo in Padua seeks a Global Brand Manager to lead assigned eyewear brands within the Licensed Brands Marketing Area. You will drive brand strategy, manage licensing relationships, and shape collections and go-to-market initiatives from the Padua headquarters.

The role requires 5+ years in Marketing/Brand Management, strong English, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills. A data-driven, cross-functional leader with P&L savvy will thrive in our dynamic, international environment.

Competenze

• At least 5 years of professional experience in Marketing and/or Brand Management.
• Experience in the eyewear industry is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong data-driven mindset with analytical skills.
• Solid understanding of P&L and profitability/margin analysis.
• Strong marketing planning capabilities with KPIs.
• Demonstrates problem-solving and teamwork while handling multiple projects.
• Motivated to work in a dynamic and international environment.

Mansioni

• Develop strategy for assigned brands in line with company and licensor objectives, with P&L responsibility.
• Manage licensing agreements and act as main contact between licensors and Safilo.
• Oversee collections: briefs, selection, pricing, forecasting, and lifecycle management.
• Define annual marketing plans based on brand performance and distribution strategies.
• Manage product collections, briefs, pricing, ranking, and lifecycle.
• Monitor sales, plans, and marketing spend; identify risks and actions for profitability.
• Develop financial objectives and guidelines for distribution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams on special projects and ensure implementation.
• Drive GTM tools and training to communicate product features and value propositions.
