Job summary

You will recruit and develop talent, promote safety, optimize shifts and workflows, and contribute to sustainability initiatives while aligning with IKEA values. The position offers a permanent contract with a starting annual gross salary of €33,500 and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating or supervising a team in fast-paced environments.
• Understanding operational processes and working methods with quick learning ability.
• Strong leadership and adaptability to people and situations.
• Ability to understand costs, priorities and KPIs for decision-making.
• Proactive in following standards and procedures for reliability.
• Basic skills in safe equipment usage (training provided).
• Italian and English communication skills.
