The-Social-Hub is seeking a Front Office Host to welcome guests with warmth, manage check-ins, and guide visitors through local experiences. You’ll maintain a lively lobby, handle inquiries, and collaborate with teams to ensure smooth operations.

Fluent English and Italian are preferred, with 1–3 years in hospitality. This role blends guest service with a dynamic, multinational environment at our innovative concept. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of hospitality or guest-facing experience
• Energetic, welcoming vibe
• Ability to switch between tasks without losing your smile
• Proactive mindset with attention to detail
• Comfort with digital tools like PMS, kiosks or guest messaging apps
• Clear English and Italian communication
• Team player who stays composed during peak times

Mansioni

• Welcome guests with genuine warmth and set a great atmosphere from the start
• Assist with check-ins, payments and kiosk navigation
• Keep the lobby tidy, inviting and buzzing with the right energy
• Offer local recommendations and connect guests to events, restaurants and experiences
• Assist with bookings for activities, restaurants and more
• Share guest insights with the team to improve stays
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, F&B and Maintenance to keep operations smooth
• Promote outlets and upsell opportunities
