expert.ai, headquartered in Modena, is seeking a Front Office Specialist to welcome visitors, manage the reception, handle calls, coordinate meeting rooms and travel, and ensure smooth daily office operations from our Modena office.

Mansioni

• Handle reception/front desk duties and filter/sort incoming calls
• Welcome visitors and provide practical information for customers, visitors, and employees
• Coordinate shipping, transportation, and meeting room bookings for guests
• Support daily office operations and coverage of reception shifts
• Assist with office spaces, archives, furniture and equipment management
• Coordinate with suppliers, service providers and procurement documentation
• Assist with business travel, hospitality, meetings and catering logistics
• Support day-to-day facilities requests and desk/office supply management
• Ensure general services are provided for desks and corporate areas
