Competenze

• 1–3 years in hospitality or a similar guest-facing role.
• Proactive mindset and ability to turn small moments into memorable experiences.
• Energetic, welcoming vibe that makes guests feel at home.
• Strong communication in English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Welcome guests with warmth and set a great atmosphere from the start.
• Assist with check-ins, payments and kiosk navigation.
• Keep the lobby inviting and buzzing with the right energy.
• Offer local recommendations and connect guests to events and experiences.
• Assist bookings for activities, restaurants and experiences.
• Share guest feedback with the team to improve stays.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B and Maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
• Promote outlets and upsell opportunities.
